Wow! What an achievement! It is over 20 years + since Somerset got through to the Women's finals.
Congratulations to Captain Gill Brown and her team.
The finals will be played at Denham Golf Club Buckinghamshire on 17-19th September.
Just heard it is 66 years since Somerset won!
TUESDAY 6 JULY REPORT
Day 2 we played Wiltshire and won 3.5 to 1.5. No match in the afternoon as Cornwall (who we should have played) withdrew from the event. Day 3 (tomorrow) we play Dorset. Team Somerset are doing extremely well.

Well done Team Somerset - great Day 1 performance in the South West Inter Counties Championships at Bristol & Clifton GC! Somerset won their morning match against Devon 4 - 1. The afternoon match against Gloucestershire ended level at 2.5 - 2.5.
All to play for tomorrow and Wednesday. Great to see so many Somerset supporters today. Please come and support Team Somerset when they play Wiltshire at 8.45am tomorrow (6th July).
